—Includes prepared food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Main Dishes—Includes meat and/or vegetable dishes (these being the greatest mass of what we eat). Associated condiments may be included here, but will not be independently judged (place in “Culinary Arts—Side Dishes”).

Breads—Includes all leavened and unleavened breads.

Side Dishes—Includes individual cheeses, non-alcoholic beverages, and other single-item dishes such as condiments and sauces. [Alcoholic beverages should be placed in “Spirits/Brewing.”

Non-food liquids should be placed in “Alchemy.”]

Sweet Dishes—Includes “desserts,” conserves, &c.
